The Becoming Retreat takes the inner work of the perimenopause companion and gives it room to breathe. Across seven days we move gently through the truth of what is happening in the body and brain, come home to the body with compassion, release old grief, and rise into the era of true wisdom and authority.
Days balance deep practice with genuine rest, so your nervous system can truly restore. Guests do not leave fixed. They leave found.

The week includes
- All teachings, guided circles, and three ceremonies across seven days
- The Becoming perimenopause companion for each guest
- Daily yoga and meditation
- Two somatic dance sessions, no mirrors, no steps to get right
- Massage and bodywork for each guest through the week
- A dedicated spa and restoration afternoon, thermal soaking, sauna, deep rest
