The Realignment

For when you've built a life that looks right and doesn't feel like yours.

So much of feeling lost isn't about doing life wrong. It's about living a life that was never quite yours to begin with, shaped by other people's expectations until you can't quite hear your own.

This is the quiet, brave work of realignment: naming what you truly value, reclaiming the passions and dreams you set down, and turning that clarity into one honest first step back toward a life that is actually yours.

Is this you?

  • You've achieved what you were 'supposed' to, and still feel a quiet ache of misalignment.
  • You catch yourself living by other people’s expectations more than your own values.
  • You miss passions and dreams you set down somewhere along the way.
  • You’re ready to stop drifting and take one aligned step back to yourself.

What you’ll walk away with

  • A clear-eyed map of your pillars, where you’re in tune, and where you’re off-path.
  • An honest inventory: naming what you’d regret not living, to reveal what you truly value.
  • Your childhood passions reframed as data, not nostalgia, and old mistakes as redirections.
  • One aligned first step, and the courage to begin it.

The Shape of the Work

Four one-on-one sessions, moving from honest inventory to a first aligned step. Here is the path we walk together.

How It Works

Four one-on-one sessions of 60 to 75 minutes each, held weekly or biweekly at whatever pace suits your life. Companion workbook pages come with you, so the work carries on gently between us rather than waiting for the next session. And if you would rather not do this on your own, it can just as easily be held as a workshop, or in a small group.

What people say afterwards

She doesn't beat around the bush, yet she doesn't push you toward conclusions. She holds space and gently guides you so you can come to your own conclusions. I now have a clear path to move forward with the life I want to live.
