The Knowing

For when fear, doubt, and comparison keep drowning out the voice that actually knows.

One voice is quiet and knows. The other is loud, anxious, and certain it is protecting you. Most of us have spent so long listening to the second one that we can barely hear the first.

This program teaches you to tell the two apart, to recognize how your own knowing speaks to you, and to make aligned decisions from a place of trust rather than fear.

Is this you?

  • Fear, doubt, and comparison run louder than your own knowing.
  • You second-guess decisions long after you’ve made them.
  • Ruminating has become part of your thought process, rather than something that visits occasionally.
  • You sense you have good instincts, but you don’t trust them yet.
  • You’re ready to let the truer voice lead.

What you’ll walk away with

  • A felt sense of the two voices, and how to tell them apart in your own body.
  • How your intuition actually speaks to you, and the quiet conditions that let you hear it.
  • The ability to recognize fear talking, and to name it for what it is.
  • A real-time practice for deciding from trust, and walking it out with confidence.

How It Works

Four one-on-one sessions of 60 to 75 minutes each, held weekly or biweekly at whatever pace suits your life. Companion workbook pages come with you, so the work carries on gently between us rather than waiting for the next session. And if you would rather not do this on your own, it can just as easily be held as a workshop, or in a small group.

What people say afterwards

Kako's gentle yet insightful approach challenged me in all the right ways. I haven't raised my voice in over six months, and my children have shared that they feel truly heard.
