The Becoming is a guided companion through this threshold. We hold the real science of what your body and brain are doing, make space to reflect, to grieve and to vent, and then we go looking for the truest version of you, the one who finally gets to come out and play. This is not the end of you. It is a doorway, and it asks you to set some things down so your hands are free to carry what comes next.
Part of this work is naming the B.S. you have been carrying for far too long, and finally letting it go. So much of it was never yours to hold. You picked it up to keep the peace, to smooth things over, to keep everyone else happy. Consider this your permission to put it down. It is your turn to be truly, fully happy, too.
