How it works
Four one-on-one sessions of 60–75 minutes, weekly or biweekly, with companion workbook pages between sessions. It can also run as a small group or workshop.
This is trauma-informed coaching, not therapy. When something calls for clinical care, I’ll warmly help you find the right licensed support.
